Not all silk is created equal.
Most of what is marketed as silk is synthetic satin weaves, polyester blends, and low-grade imitations. Genuine high-grade silk is something else entirely.
We work exclusively with organic silk producers. No harmful chemicals, no synthetic processing, no shortcuts. Pure silk, grown the way silk was always meant to be grown.
Every batch that goes into a Hatsy is hand-selected for purity, softness, and consistency. If it is not right, it does not touch your hat.
We source from producers who have spent generations mastering the craft. The quality difference between a great silk producer and an average one is felt immediately.
Most hat brands do not know what is inside their hats. We know exactly where our silk comes from, how it is cultivated, and how it is hand-stitched into every cap we make.
