Any hat can add a piece of silk. Silk-Tech™ is a complete system: the right silk, in every place that touches you, made the right way. Take away any part of it and it isn’t Silk-Tech™.
Four layers. One system.
Silk-Tech™ isn’t a lining. It’s every layer between the hat and you, engineered to work together, from the crown down to the strap.
Four rules. No exceptions.
A hat has to meet every one of these to carry the Silk-Tech™ name.
Full contact coverage.
Silk on every surface that touches you: the crown lining, the sweat band and the strap. Not a patch, not a strip.
Grade 6A mulberry. Only.
The highest silk grade there is. Never satin, never charmeuse, never a blend.
Hand cut. Hand stitched.
Every lining is cut and stitched by hand, so it sits exactly where it should.
Built around the hairline.
The sweat band is placed and finished for the line where hair and skin meet the hat.
