The adjustable strap is lined in the same Silk Tech as the rest of the hat’s interior because the back of your head and hairline deserve the same care as the top. No rough edges. No friction. Just a clean, comfortable fit from front to back.
The sweatband is where most hats cut corners. It touches your forehead all day and in a standard cap it is usually stiff, rough, and quick to irritate. HATSY’s sweatband is silk. Softer against your skin, gentler on your hairline, more comfortable during long wear.
This is the heart of HATSY. A full silk interior lining that replaces the rough cotton found in almost every other cap. Lower friction against your hair and scalp. A noticeably smoother feel from the first wear. This is what makes HATSY different.

Most of what is marketed as silk is synthetic satin weaves, polyester blends, and low-grade imitations. Genuine high-grade silk is something else entirely.
